As you know, we have a morning game in Harrow, against Watford Supporters. From last Tuesday, I have a number of confirmations and I will finalise the squad tonight. The squad so far is:

I do have space for more, as we do have players with possible injuries, and I will re-confirm the squad tonight. Otherwise, just let me know if you want to be included. This is our first official pre-season friendly of the season, and it will be important to try to start getting basics right from now. Even though we haven't started our official pre-season training, it's been great to see the improving numbers at Fat Club, and also the improvement in fitness of those who have come down. There is certainly an immensely different feel to the lads who have been coming down, and even I feel fitter than at any point during my Beesotted career so far!
Watford Supporters were recently beaten by us by 3-0 in a tournament in June, but regardless, the game over 90 minutes is totally different. I will be looking for us to ignore the fact that we played them quite recently because it counts for nothing at all. For those who don't know yet, I am going away to the Far East on Monday, for a month, so this will be only opportunity for me to take charge of the team during pre-season. For everyone who has already played under my management last season, you will know exactly what to expect. I expect nothing less than a positive attitude, discipline, and also an effort to play the ball on the deck. I do expect a decent performance.
Ok, we will meet at McDonald's at 9am, so that we can leave by 9.15am prompt. Anyone late will either have to catch up or will be left behind. If you drive, though, I would appreciate it if you can ensure you can meet us at Brentford McDonald's. Please ensure that you bring with you any home kit that you might have. Certainly, bring shorts and socks (especially the triallists). If you don't currently have a home shirt, please try to bring a Brentford home top instead.
