They are one and the same. You'll have to take into account that the B&W image was in the evening and after/during heavy drug use. The beach pictures were a visit to her mom's the weekend before. Time of day had something to do with it and she is pseudo exhaling in the B&W photo as well.

The beach photos were part and parcel a series of photos taken by her mother at Dockweiler, on the beach near their abode. There is a series of pictures from that outing. From what I have ascertained the series was given to Brian Keith O’Hara by and from Mrs. Jones/Tweel's personal photos archived in albums. Someone sent these to Jerome Scott Larochelle. But they were posted by Neil Cathcart Mr. Larochelle's employee, whether with Mr. Larochelle’s consent or not we can only surmise, however one errant photo was supplied by a neighbor to complete the set, all non sequitur as Mr. Larochelle has all 20 negatives from that 126 cartridge.
