The writing was on the wall when they tore down the Westport Beach Club for condo city. I'd say removing the gas station and building anything there is an improvement. As for Outlaws, it hasn't been there that long so who cares? As long as they leave the "weather rock" in place. When they start bulldozing the market, the lagoon, and the Jungle itself, then you can say "old PDR" is gone. I'm happy that that funky little building that used to be called "Chopin Mon Ami" is still there though, and the "Cliff House" or whatever they're calling it now.

What "fields in front of Dales" are you talking about? There was always a Bob's Big Boy there as far back as I can remember.
