from what i've read, Anissa met Helen in 1974, when Anissa was put into juvenile detention as a runaway by Paula. Anissa was so tiny and younger looking, the judge had her put in the hall with younger juveniles to protect her from older, bigger juveniles. but that may be true or untrue.

how strange and ironic that at 3 a.m., August 28, 1976, Anissa held Helen's hand and asked for her undying friendship. as if somewhere deep inside, some knowledge was there, of a shared tragic ending for the both of them. if that story is true.

but why would 14 year old Helen, invent that, that morning, in the middle of her shock and agony. this was a 14 year old, who almost surely had never experienced the death of a loved one before, nor seen a dead body before. and that comment that is attributed to Helen, "I'm proud a famous person died in my house.", people condemn her for saying that, but this was a 14 year old, what does anybody know at 14? a 14 year old on drugs? if you think of what became of her, you can have nothing but forgiveness and pity for that poor litle girl.
