Besides the atmospheric, red-tiled roof, brown-stuccoed architectual similarities of an early Seventies
childhood growing up in the cookie-cutter, conformist, middle class suburbs of San Diego, the military presence firmly ensconsed in that part of California draws a unique and disturbing pattern between what would appear to most people to be a completely ridiculous, off-the-wall, and absurdly insane comparison between two completely unrelated scenarios...
But that's if you don't look deeper. And it's when you have the presence of MIND to look deeper that you
might, just might, see a connection.
