I haven't been on this site for what seems like forever. The past couple of days I've been here a lot, waiting, waiting for someone to say something....I don't feel right being the first to start the thread.....but I gather maybe everyone else maybe feeling the same way....
This news of Ron is just heart breaking...he was really a sweet sweet man.
I just wanted to pay my respects...
Being that many of you, through The Stooges, and this site in particular, have become part of my extended family....I know how much you all adored the man too...
I've had a stomach ach for the past couple days..this is very upsetting..so I can imagine how Ron's family, and friends must feel.... the out pouring of blogs and comments from all over, show how much people thought of him....he even had Jim's/Iggy's respect til this day......really how could he have not?
Ron was an amazing musician who broke ground and a fine human being...rest in peace...Ron..you will be truly missed by all......ox
