Everybody has their pet peeves and I am discovering that mine is when LWF is constantly compared to TN. TN was a great show and it will never be duplicated. I think its unfair to Fran as an actress to have everything new she does compared to Fran Fine. Am I the only one who feels this way? I'm ready to throw down on the WB board because of this, I find myself defending Fran on a daily basis. EGADS!!!!!

If you're gonna thrown down on the WB board, I'm right behind ya! Those 'fans' are ridiculous! Just because Fran Reeves says "Sweetie", hell, I say it all the time, am I imitating Fran Fine? No! I use Yiddish words, as does Fran Reeves. Ok, I'm imitating Fran Fine, cuz I'M not Jewish, but Fran Reeves IS Jewish. Fran Reeves also seems like a lot stronger woman than Fran Fine. Fran Fine would've continued to be a doormat for her husband, just to stay married, where Fran REEVES tossed him out on his sexy unfaithful touchas. Fran D puts a lot of herself in her characters, there was a little FD in FF, and there's probably MORE in FR. Yeah, it's definitely a pet peeve of mine. (ya THINK?) LOL

I just let some new poster have it over on the WB board. If you want to read it, check out my post that reads TO RAIBOW1956. This poster (Im trying not to be rude) has posted on every single thread bashing Fran and the show. She's insulted the fans calling us "immature pre/post teens". I've never got so P***d off at a board like I did today! And then she called me opinionated when all I ever say over there is "if you dont like the show, stay off the boards. It doesnt make sense to visit a board for a show you dont like!" I told her to do society a favor by disconnecting her modem...then called her a moron...okay so I CAN be immature ...but only if provoked!!

RAIBOW1956 is driving me crazy, too ( He responded similarly to one of my posts.) - I completely agree with you about only being on the boards if like the show. Although, a little bit of (constructive) criticism is okay- dripping every post with sacasm, insulting the fans and insulting the actors is not.

yea...she's coming down pretty hard on you now- all her posts seemed to be directed at you- it is so annoying!I can't believe someone who has only been around for two days could cause SO MUCH trouble.

A virtual HIGH FIVE, girl! Yeah, I don't understand about hanging out on boards for a show you don't like just to cause trouble. We get ppl like that here once in a while...they come in...cause trouble, and then are gone soon enough. Some people's children, huh? LOL

Something about FR makes me uneasy. She's not the independent woman she wants to be. She still needs a man. Didn't she tell Ted that Riley'd made her a better woman? I'd like to see her make herself a better woman. FD just doesn't appear comfy in this role-not even as comfy as she did in the TN pilot.
I like Bama's idea that Fran & Ted both mature then reconcile. And yeah, FD needs to realize her error in casting Ryan.
