K18 10.5cm gun isn't 15cm Howitzer sFH18

Hi David: Trumpeter and DML released both heavy arty pieces, the sFH 18 15cm howitzer and the K18 10cm gun.

The OP said he got the K18 10cm gun, which, by the way, was in the same weight class as the sFH 18 15cm howitzer so was similarily towed by the SdKfz 7 tractors.

Both weapons were considered heavy field artillery. The K18 had the extra role of counter battery fire on enemy artillery positions. Its flatter trajectory capacity allowed it to zero in on enemy guns quicker than other weapons (or so I read).
