be a better starting point.Tamiya's target market for their 1/48 vehicles seems to value ease of assembly over detail and,to a certain extent. scale accuracy. A good example of this,in the Ausf.D,is the tracks around the drive sprockets, which are moulded as pairs,and not single,track links. Like many of their kits,however, it does feature a couple of rather nice (if short) figures and some useful accessories (their standard German figure accessory sprue) though.
