I clearly remember reading about a design for a Tiger IIC which does look a lot like the Trumpeter E-100.

Ok, so there is no information about it but here is where I saw the Tiger IIC. Its a model someone created.

It was also known as an E-75 or a Tiger III.

Now compare it to Trumpeter's E-100.
