Response to Curious as to the intent of this Russian camo -

The Camouflage in question is for an Airfield Service Vehicle so it is Camouflaged to blend into an Airfield. Parked on the Tarmac it would tend to blend it into the Concrete instead of standing out ,same if it was parked off Tarmac on the grass.
