I have that one. I forget exactly what was wrong with the/each kit. One is better than the other and one is cosmetically a "late" type. I think Dragon did something simple like just swap out the wheels with a different style but ignored changes here and there to the rest of the vehicle. I don't remember if you got the original wheels in the kit or not to build it more accurately. It may be also that photos of the wire laying vehicles show it was made on one chassis but the kit has the wrong chassis. Honestly, I still like the Tamiya kit, although its pretty old now. It is an easy build and looks well. The molded tracks are not great but not the worst either.
