Response to A historical question on Battle of Berlin

Here's a good place to start - go to their Discussion Groups, then Axis:

There was an interesting thread on analysing the many vehicles knocked out on just a single street some time back.

If you haven't yet seen it, rent/find "Der Untergang" ('Downfall' in English) from 2004:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0363163/

The conference scene where gets the bad news the expected relief isn't coming has been used-to-death with all sorts of overlaid subtitles, but Bruno Ganz and the rest of the cast did a stunning job.

Good luck in your hunt,
GRM
