Using the hyperscale free scale calculator, I wanted to uses the measurements of a 1/35 scale tank as a referance for a 1/15. The measurement on the 1/35 is .45" when inserted in formula gives me 1.05" for the 1/15. But this is over 3/4 of the area that I am working with. Where on the 1/35 looks about 1/2.

Second thing that I measured was the armor plate bolted to the top front. On the 1/35 scale the widest width is 1.17" convert to 1/15 scale is 2.73 which is wider than the top of the tank at that area.

What am I doing wrong or is the Glencoe 1/15 M41 so out of scale to the measurement of the AFV 1/35 kit?
