Hey guys,...

Is there any external difference between these 2 tanks? Can the Stalin tank be built as a JS-2M?

I would like to build a Korean War Chinese Volunteer Tank, because I can't find the old DML kit.

Thanks

Matt

They are both JS-2M tanks

The UZTM factory built tanks had simplified welded construction with less cast parts on the front area.

No Stalins were used in the Korean War, but the Chinese had some (in China). I don't know what kind they actually had. If you have not yet bought a kit, Tamiya's version is a lot nicer than Dragons, which has many dimensional errors.
