Hobby Lobby probably sells the same stuff. I do not recall the brand but it was in the aisle of the store with various metal finish and patina finish products... stuff like Rub N Buff, etc. various bronzing and iron paints, etc.
It is an interesting stuff... VERY thick and it takes some getting used to. You paint the item in a base color, let it dry, glop on this thick mud-like, black paint and let that dry. Then you brush on a clear blue fluid and let that "rust" the black paint.
