Folks,

Does anyone have this book and, if so, does it include information on Israeli Shermans?:

TIA!

Rick

IIRC it has a page on the Soltam mortar or maybe the M51. Its a very old and basic book with 1 page per tank. I think the info is excerpted from another larger (and older) book. For the most part you get one photo or one painting of each tank. The artwork reminds me of the old John Batchelor paintings in the Purnell books from the early 70s. The book is one of those general books for someone who isnt knowledgeable about tanks.

Why not track this book down?

Yep, these were the books you'd find in the bargain bin at the bookstore - usually what the wife or girlfriend would get you for a present!
For good info on Israeli Shermans, see these too:

I have the book, the only Israeli Sherman variant covered is the L-33 Soltam.
