Models available?

Does anyone know if the the folowing post WW2 ships have been kitted: HMS Ark Royal (postwar angle deck carrier), HMS Penelope (Leander class frigate), or HMS Diana (Daring class destroyer. I know a guy who served on them and I was thinking of doing a model for him. I don't know if Airfix or any other company may have modeled them. I'm looking for around 1/700 to 1/400 scale. Thanks for any help.
