HP Models may be the manufacturer with the largest product line in 1:700 scale.

HP Models are resin, no brass.

Combrig of Russia also sells a number of resin warships from the Russo-Japanese War period through WWI.

You won't find a lot of kits in plastic, especially in 1:700. There just isn't a large enough demand
