Bill is a personable fellow to talk to, but again sometimes a little bit harried. If there is something particular you are looking for, give Bill a call and he can check his inventory and give you availability over the phone. He has a good selection of some Oriental stuff, as well as domestic and European. Be sure to check the office hours (something like after 11 am west coast time).
Because Bill runs a one man shop, getting prompt responses to emails in this day of instant gratification, gotta-have-a-response-now may be sometimes rather slow.
