In the midst of my epic (at least to me) 1:144 Fletcher build, I discovered one of the railings were grossly deformed on the sprue. It was also missing parts of the railing. Since it was one of two identical parts, one of which waa already installed, I felt it needed to be replaced. Revell customer service e-mailed me right back which was great....but they want me to mail the actual sprue tree, take a photo of it, and wait for them to ship it off to Germany. They said expect a 8-10 day wait for replacement parts.
Never had an experience like this before.....is this normal?
