can do so with complete confidence! I'm beginning the assembly stage on mine after spending two days painting plastic. There's a LOT of plastic in this kit! Detail is lovely. The planking and anti-slip decking is beautifully done. The guns look very nice too. The gun tubs and vertical splinter shields are amazingly thin, some of the most delicate molding I've ever seen on a ship model. And, amazingly, the full lower hull actually fits the upper hull perfectly! For the first time you might actually get away with adding the hull as the last step! I won't, but it might be possible!

The one and only failing so far is that all that nice PE deck railing comes with NO references! It is not shown ANYWHERE and it's up to the modeler to find pictures of which of the four styles goes on which deck. It's like the deck railings were just thown in at the last minute. The other package of PE is shown just fine. 95% of it just replaces plastic pieces.

At the moment, baring some very unusual error I haven't seen, this kit is probably the best ship Trumpeter has ever produced!
