Hi
I just returned from a out state wedding and while driving north on I-295 that between exits 28-32 is under reconstruction.
Now access by I-295 to exit 28 which takes to the Black horse Pike Rt-68 and making a left on to Rt-68 and a mile or so down enters Runnemede NJ and the Holiday Inn where Jersey Conn is taking place later this month.
What the state has done is taking the south bound lanes (4)and made them into (2) lanes. The entrance to exit 28 is on south bound lanes.
If your leaving the north bound lanes (3) have reduced to (2). With(1) on the north bound lanes
and incoming traffic approaching from the south before exit 28(1)into closed off the south bound lanes.
All this has been setup with big long concrete road dividers . I myself plan to attend
Jersey Conn 2009. But if your going attend please consider alternative routes or use I-295 .
