I have a 6-foot static model of the submarine "Seaview" from "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea" that I purchased in 1993 that I would like to sell. When it was assembled, two of the interior support ribs at the forward observation nose were damaged during assembly. One of the upper fins is a bit loose but still attached. One of the bottom of turbines may be loose but is still attached. The bottom mini-sub hatch needs to be realinged, and the screws securing the upper deck to the main are covered by the deck hatches. Should it be necessary to remove the screws to remove the upper deck, the hatches could be loosened with de-bonder to take them off. I purchased the model for over a $1000 but that was because there were extras I bought in connection with it. The actual sub may only be less--$800. I would like to sell it to raise money. If interested, leave a message here or email me at [email protected] Thank you.
