and don't forget ball and jacks! But many times I'd not get to the hopscotch game or jump rope in time, so I'd find a quiet spot and just chill. We lived close to the school, too, so many summer days were spent there playing ball and just hanging out--looking for arrowheads, of course. *-) I wasn't one of the popular kids and since I was skinny, I'd get a lot of jeers and teasing that I didn't take too well. Imagine that! LOL!
