Montreal has turned down two of his listings by not providing a mortgage on closing after saying they

would in writing. How does that rub ya?? Canadian Banks are as transparent as a batch of crabs on a

Italian. I remember a sailor buddy of mine during the war if we passed a tanker in the mid Atlantic and
