You know Striver, I have often read these so-called Christians (ie. they claim Christ, but don't despise his teachings) -- say they are not for war, that it is unfortunate, but necessary at times and so on .. yet, can they ever name an American war (or Israeli one I suppose too), that they are opposed to, or that was wrong? I posted this query at another forum:
So you are not for war?
Name one American war, that you felt was morally wrong. Going back to 1890 say .. just one. Morally wrong. Not wrong because it was not successful, or was unpopular. Morally. Wrong.
Everyone that says as you do that I have ever encountered, cannot name one. Yet they say they don't support wars. Just all American wars I guess are holy wars?
