| How Napolean was able to finance his army recruitment and mobilization and then conquer most of Europe .............AFTER the country of France was totally bankrupt?
Or how Hitler was able to do the same, with financially strapped Germany?
I mean Hitler -my goodness- had the most modern and sophisticated war equipment built up to that time! Germany's tanks put all the others to shame.
Where did these guys get the MONEY to finance their enormous new ventures?
