in both the U.S. and Canada....have been so terribly treated through both of our Country's History....
and sti8ll are to this day.....
the native people SHOULD be treated with respect diginity and acknoledgement that this land is THEIR land.....we are the intruders in reality....
i do understand the pain and anger i read in your post Ice....truly....
my best friend growing up was a native Canadian....he always said to me when we were young....and i quote...'It's a goddam good thing i look so White'
i never understood this remark from my friend then (he made it often too).....i do now.
