Someone who Perceives the AZ Law to be...
-- Discriminatory.

I "borrowed" it for the purposes of this discussion.
Because...
It is a perfect example of
-- What the Controversy surrounding the AZ Law is all about.

So, it's not MY "implication"...
It is the implication of those people...
Who Perceive That Image to be a True Representation OF the AZ Law.

And THAT, is the Foundation of the Controversy Surrounding This Issue.
-- The Public Perception of The Law.

If the Law is, in FACT...
-- NOT Discriminatory...
Then...
Something needs to be done to alter the Public Perception OF that Law.

And...
Someone saying...
-- "No, it's not. Go Read it for yourself"...
Isn't going change this Particular...
-- Public Perception.
