But I did some of the more gentler yoga stretches and they seemed to help.
I went to the library the other day and came acros a gem of a little book. It is called The Eye of Revelation, apparently 'From a Long Lost Manuscript Come the Ancient Tibetan Rites for the Fountain of Youth'. Well, how could I resist!
How stuff in it apparently related to a British Officer way back in the 40s who had by chance come across some Tibetan Monks who had 'found the secret' of the Fountain of Youth..Yippee!!!
Haha. I will read most anything.
Mind you, some good stuff in there, food combining, affirmations, etc. BUT the nitty gritty (my in phrase at the moment?) is the Five Techniques. You might just be interested.
