By making that statement, I hope you aren't insinuating that those who *don't* live by the 10 Commandments wouldn't make good neighbors? Like atheists or other non-religious people?
I am guilty of breaking commandment number 1, as I don't believe in the Judeo/Christian god, or any other god. Would that make me a bad neighbor?
I don't steal or kill, but it's not because I've been commanded not to. I don't do them because not doing them is the right thing to do.
