Ya, my dad had chemo about 12 years ago. Its a shot in the dark but it works over a number of treatments. But your right, it kills the good with the bad.
When I had my prostate cancer 1 year ago they wanted to know if I wanted chemo or surgical removal. And I said, "chemo is kind of a shot in the dark isn't it?"... And they said "yes it is"... And I'm only 48 years old so I wanted all of it gone. And it worked
Chemo might have worked, but then years latter it might show up again because it missed 1 cancer cell or a 1000. But I guess ether way its hell, I was lade up for 4 month, all of last summer. But with chemo your sick from all the dead cells off and on for months. So I don't know which would be a worse experience. But at least mine is done with.
