There is a difference between the properties that define something and the definition of that something.

The definitions for a car (the fact) for instance, do not mention sufficient properties (traits, attributes, characteristic) to be able to define for certain a car (the fact).

See? I am tellin', you just won't have it for some reason or other (and we both know why you won't, don't we?) wink.gif
