This attack by Police...
Was entirely uncalled for.

Their victim was both...
-- Harmless...
AND...
-- Defenceless.

They are all Guilty.

It's clearly a case of...
-- Unprovoked Assault Causing Death.

Because they're Cops...
And...
Because they were On Duty at the time of the incident...
The Harshest Penalties Allowable should be applied.

Apparently...
The Bullies in Blue...
Need to be sent a message.
