Reality

What we regard as 'real' are things that are clearly apparent from our repeat observation, whether general, educational or 'scientific'.
Our Reality is our understanding taken from the collective total of physical observation, based on testing by our physical senses.

Thus the World is round, the sun rises then sets again after a fixed period in opposite parts of the sky, which itself is blue........

I'd suggest we do not know what Reality is.
Every time science delves deeper, it finds a new 'base' to build its understanding of Reality upon.
Yet, we appear not to be getting closer to this illusive state of being, which, in itsef, raises yet more wonder for the intuition and more speculation for the intellect.

Is Reality really to be found 'within' rather than 'out there'?

If it is true that all that the mighty oak, the massive whale and the great elephant can become, are contained in a seed, it seems to follow that other, less tangible, aspects of them - like Mind, Soul and their aspects of these boundless ephemeral qualities - which are expressed by all sentient beings - are also within the same seed?
