Comparing forum differences to CIA, Al Qaeda etc

Seems to fall into the realm of hyperbole.

As for whiners. Sometimes some of them have a point. We do see trolling going on, and reactions to trolling. But it takes two to tango, as they say.

The solutions to trolls and personal conflicts on forums are quite simple. That some whiners don't take to these solutions would indicate that they enjoy the trolling and conflict.
