Agreement suits a purpose indeed, just as the occasional pat on the back, which can be quite important, yet, it is 'disgreement' in a rational and honest manner that tends to become the real learning experience. After all, one doesn't really learn by doing things right without even realizing it, hearsay does not equal applicable knowledge, one learns from the mistakes and tests, and the experience through them, that provide the empirical evidence that otherwise could not have been obtained. |
