It's not a lot of weight bro

I'm just starting again, so it's like 12 pounds. 1 set of 6 bodyweight, then 3 sets of 6 with 12#.
I can't add much weight. The most in times past, maybe 25 or 30 pounds, for reps of 3.
Of course, I was a pup then. Around 45. lol.
