I have had quite a few pets cross the Rainbow Bridge. I have had afterlife visits.I KNOW they are waiting for me.My one cat,Crazy,visited me for 2 weeks.She sat on my bed and purred REAL loud.I was nto the only one who heard her.Once I acknowleged her,I told her she could 'go' if she wanted.

I agree with you 100%. I lost one of my own cats last week, and I keep seeing her out of the corner of my eye, and I have learnt to trust this, and know it really is her and not just wishful thinking on my part.
I believe our pets stay as long as we need them too, and if we open our minds to this possibility we may receive proof that they are indeed with us. But if we retain a closed mind to this we will never see the signs that are being given.
Life goes on, energy cannot be destroyed, that is a scientific fact, and our energy lives on, as does that of our pets. That energy may then go on to form new life, I dont know.

Cats Protection

I had to put my dog to sleep.He was dieing from blastomycosis(this has killed a few people in my area too).After he was gone,I used to hear his collar jingle.(his collar was not buried with him,I kept it)I woudl also see flashes of him on the couch where he always laid.
I do feel animals rub up against my legs and NONE of my pets that I have now are even around.I do have MANY pets that have already crossed over.

I once took a photo of a wild bird in my care, the bird later died, but on the photo there in a corner, was Rosie, who was a little ShihTzu I had who had died the year before....
Now you could argue double exposure, except this was a new digital camera, bought long after Rosie had died.

I have spoken to many people over the years who take comfort from the fact that their animals have stayed with them after death, not for always, but as long as they were needed So that and the many experiences I have myself had, keeps my belief strong, that life really does go on.
