It seems we have in bill 11 a American style health care system on the way. This province has a sub standard health care plan already and it is about to get more bad. You can find out more at the www.gov.ab.ca/healthfacts but remember it is the government site I would like to know what we pay for now as I get a bill from this government every 3 months, yet when I need an ambulance to went to hospital I get another bill for over $300. so what does the plan cover. The present plan sucks, now it will sucks more.

Alberta is one of two provinces which bills its citizens for health care. Alberta has been in the lead at cutting corners in many areas over the years. Since the federal government has been off loading on the provinces, Alberta uses reduced federal money as an excuse to privatize health care one step at a time. It has one of the poorest health care plans in the country. And, it is about to get worse.
