| This posting is from a booklet I wrote in 1999 on the subject of Global government - I thought some skeptics might want to take a look:
Government From Above:
"[Goebbels] was able, until the very last minute, to encourage and exploit a blind trust in Hitler and his genius." (Goebbels, Helmut Heiber, Newyork, Hawthorn, 1972). The same blind trust exists today. Not for a man, but for an idea - that all the problems of our world would be solved if only we had a global government. These people believe this in spite of the many failings of the U.N. and perhaps most frighteningly of all, in spite of the U.N.'s disregard for democracy.
And low, the United Nations came upon them and proclaimed a new order for all of mankind. Oh sure it was very similar to the old orders of communist Russia and China, but this one was more neatly wrapped. And as the nations of the world trembled, the U.N. brought forth unto them 10 powerful commandments:
1. There is No Sovereignty Greater Than That of the U.N.: Kofi Annan, Secretary General of the United Nations, "Traditional considerations of national sovereignty will no longer be taken into account." warning that national borders will not act as a deterrent to U.N. humanatarian intervention. (Washington Times, Sept.21, 1999)
2. People of the World Must be Indoctrinated so They Might Know the Truth: "The idea for the school grew out of a desire to provide experiences which would enable the students to become true planetary citizens through a global approach to education." The First principle of the curriculum is to: "Promote the growth of the group idea, so that group good, group understanding, group interrelations and group good-will will replace all limited, self-centered objectives leading to a group consciousness." (Robert Muller School, World Core Curriculum Manual, Nov. 1986)
3. The Family Shall be Remade in Our Image: The U.N.'s International year of the family, has become the greatest threat the family has ever faced. Here is how the U.N. defines family, "...the nuclear family itself is changing. non-traditional family types are becoming more common, such as cohabitation, same-gender relationships, single-parent families...", (International Year of the Family Profile published in the March 1994, UN Chronicle)
4. Thou Shalt not kill.... except the unborn: The U.N. Conference at the Hague on Population and Development, adopted a global population control measure. It will make family planning and abortion a right by the year 2015, leading to an increase in global spending on population control to 17 billion in 2000 and 22 billion by 2015. (New York Times, 2/10/99)
5. Morality and Nationalism are Evil. Engage not in these sins: "Some assertions of particular identities may in part be a reaction against globalization and homogenization, as well as modernization and secularization. Whatever the causes, their common stamp is intolerance." (World Core Curriculum Manual, November, 1986, by Robert Muller) - Robert Muller was the former Deputy Secretary General to three U.N. Secretaries General.
6. We shall robbeth from the Rich to Giveth to the Poor: "...If there are limits to the use of some resources, they must be fairly shared. Early users, who have prospered, must not pre-empt them but must begin to use less so that others may also progress..." (IUCN Annual Report, 1993, p.2-statement made by Shirdath Ramphal in Buenos Aires, Argentina)
7. Thou Shalt Pay More Taxes: A report commissioned by the United Nations Development program has recommended the taxation of emails and investment of that revenue in the extension of the internet into the 3rd world. The proposed tax - 1% per 100 long emails. This tax would have raised 70 billion dollars annually according to statistics available in 1996. (Financial Times, July 28, 1997)
8. Honour Thy Mothering Big Brother Superstate by Surrendering All Thine Arms: "In an effort to reduce firearm-related crime and violence worldwide, a U.N. commission is drafting recommendations it hopes will curb gun ownership and use." (Washington Times: U.N. Eyes Curbs on Owning Firearms, August 24, 1997, a1-a7)
9. Thou Shalt Be Judged First on Skin Pigmentation and Gender and Then On Merit: "Establish structures, policies, objectives and measurable goals to ensure gender balance and equity in decision-making processes at all levels... including through affirmative action, where necessary..." (Copenhagen, Denmark, March 6-12, 1995, U.N. World Summit For Social Development)
10. Suffer the Little Children to Come Unto US: "For the purpose of guaranteeing and promoting the rights set forth in this Convention, governments shall render appropriate assistance to parents" to ensure that children are, "brought up in the spirit of the ideals enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations." (1989 UN Assembly adopts the Convention on the Rights of the Child)
Admiral Chester Ward, a member of the Council of Foreign Relations for over a decade, "The most powerful cliques in these elitist groups have one objective in common: they want to bring about the surrender of the sovereignty and national independence of the United States...Elimination of all armed forces except those needed to maintain internal order within the states and furnish the United Nations with peace forces... by the time it (the U.N.) would be so strong no nation could challenge it." (Kissinger on the Couch, 1975)
No! No! It Can't be So!:
In spite of the overwhelming evidence there are still those out there, who would rather crack the ten commandments over their head, than admit they are as solid as they appear. And believe me, those commandments are just that - solid. Look for them in a government policy near you.
Many Americans are upset over the census long form which is being introduced. It asks a number of probbing questions which seem to go far beyond what is neccessary. Funny, but a similar long form was provided in the last Canadian census. So what's going on? To find out, we need only look to the pertinent U.N. documents which spell out what our national policies will be... ahead of time.
Consider the following: F.D.R. means: "Family Dependency Ratio". It calls for the extensive monitoring of the activities, consumption, and production of every member of every family to determine whether a family is a net "consumer" or "producer". (Joan M. Veon. The United Nations and its Global Agenda for the Environment, Economy and Family, TWG inc., Feb, 1996 p-23)
The U.N. reaffirms this commitment to increased information gathering in other statements, "Developing improved concepts and programmes for the collection and dissemination of statistics and indicators for social development to facilitate review and policy analysis and provide expertise, advice and support to countries at their request." (Committment 84(c) U.N. World Summit, Copenhagen, Denmark, 6-12 March, 1995)
The U.N. Our Saviour!:
So what's the problem with world government, aside from bankrupt morality and the bypass of the democratic rights of the people? Many people would tell you how wonderful it is to have the United Nations intervening on our behalf, believing that the U.N. is some sort of saviour - protecting us all from the injustices of the world. But, has the United Nations been effective in solving problems, or, through its meddling, do problems actually become worse?
People roasting on an open fire... Jack Frost sniping at your toes...:
(Information for the below taken from: the London Telegraph, June 24, 1997):
The Somali people suffered greatly under so called "U.N" protection. In fact, two Belgian paratroopers were photographed, "roasting a Somali boy over a flaming brazier". These two men were expected to be jailed for only a month and be fined 200 pounds after admitting the atrocity in a military court in Brussels, at the time of the article. While the two men had faced up to a year in jail, the prosecuters demanded only a month sentence. Ironically, this incident occurred during a U.N. "Restore Hope" mission.
Another man, Seargent Dirk Nassel, was accused of forcing a young Somali to eat pork, drink salt water, and then eat his own vomit... Yet another soldier was brought to trial in the suspected murder of a Somali boy whom he was earlier photographed urinating on.
The death of yet another child was under investigation, as, according to 2 former paratroopers, the boy, who had been caught trying to steal food, had died after being locked in a container for some 48 hours.
An Italian paratrooper, interviewed about the atrocities taking place in Somalia responded, "What's the big deal? They are just niggers anyway."
Sadly, his comment speaks to the treatment that the Somalis received under United Nations Italian forces as well: "Two generals who led the Italian forces to Somalia resigned in June following publication of graphic reports of sexual violence against a Somali woman, electric torture of a young man and allegations that an officer had murdered a young boy." No wonder the Somalis were cheering in the streets when the United Nations finally pulled out of their country! (August 8, 1997, Washington Post)
The I.M.F. -No Strings Attached?:
Still, many are impressed by the United Nations' committment to giving to less fortunate nations through the International Monetary Fund. But the nations involved may be getting more than they bargained for...
And its expensive! The white house made requests to congress totalling $17.5 billion in March of 1997 to support the I.M.F's operations, but, could that money have been better spent at home? Yes.
A Heritage Foundation study found that of the 89 less developed countries that received money between 1965 and 1995, 48 are no better off today in terms of per capita wealth, than they were before receiving the loans and 32 of those nations were actually found to be poorer!.
Steve Henke, a currency expert at John Hopkins University states, "Once someone goes bad and gets on the IMF dole, they have a terrible time getting off... Whatever they're prescribing doesn't seem to encourage these countries to get off the IMF's credit line." Perhaps it is because the IMF dictates social and economic policy once loans are in place? (U.S. News Online, Feb.2, 1998)
The Sky is Falling! The Sky is Falling!
Globalist forces are using environmental problems as a tool to bring about their new world order: "The objective, clearly ennunciated by the leaders of UNCED, is to bring about a change in the present system of independent nations. The future is to be world government with central planning by the United Nations. Fear of environmental crisis - whether real or not - is expected to lead to compliance." (Dr. Dixy Lee , who attended the U.N. Conference on Environment and Development, Blame it on Rio? Platitudes and Attitudes: A perspective, Ecologic, August 1992, p-14)
Of course the U.N. plans to save us all from the brink of disaster yet again, riding in on their pale blue horse. But is globalism really the medicine the environment so desperately needs?
Consider this statement, "We feel that the number one funder of global warming is the World Bank." (Chris Ball, deputy director of D.C. based Ozone Action, Washington Post Article, April, 10, 2000.) This statment comes not from some pervasive right wing element, but from an environmentalist!
And, in spite of the fact that many scientists are suggesting that global warming is really a cyclical change in the earth's temperature, the U.N. insists on enacting "global legislation" to deal with the problem. According to Richard Lindzen of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, "You have these news events where people are taken to Glacier National Park or to Alaska, and they are shown a glacier that is retreating. The assumption is its global warming... But then you look at the markers and you see that the retreat began around 1820. That's not due to global warming, at least not from man." (CNN Special Report on the Global Warming Debate "Our Changing Climate", 1997)
The Kyoto Conference:
This Conference has been heralded as a major breakthrough in the reduction of greenhouse gas emmissions, but, not all is as rosey as it at first seems: "By the stroke of a pen, President Clinton is rejecting the clear advice of the U.S. Senate and research by his own Energy Department
showing conclusively that the treaty would cost American families billions of dollars and millions of jobs." (Connie Holmes, Chairman of the Global Climate Coalition, C.N.N. Nov. 12, 1998)
Pump up the Price:
The Economic impact of this agreement could be devastating. According to economist Fred Smith of the Competitive Enterprise Institute,"These [committments] could literally rip the guts out of the whole engine of economic growth.". He goes on to predict that a million blue-collar jobs could be lost in the U.S.'s steel, oil and mining industries and that 90,000 coal miners in Australia would be out of work. And, according to C.N.N., the results of the Kyoto Conference could mean paying 50 cents more for a gallon of gasoline and 40% more in monthly power bills. (C.N.N. , Dec. 2, 1997)
If the environment is the primary concern, why not deal with it more precisely at a national level where leaders can be held accountable? And, why were nations like China, India, Brazil and Mexico exempted from binding cuts when China, for example, is expected to overtake everyone in carbon emissions in the next 20 to 30 years? (C.N.N., Nov.27, 1997)
But the most important question in all this has to be, "why were the people not consulted on a policy that will have such an enormous impact on their lives?"
Our Time is Running Out:
Charter 99: A Charter For Global Democracy, has already been signed by 56 of the world's most influential nations. The principles of this Charter will come into force everywhere following the Millennium Assembly planned for this September in New York. (World Net Daily, January 27, 2000)
Presenting a Contradiction in Terms - The Principles of the Charter: (For a complete list goto: www.charter99.org)
Principle#1 - calls for the consolidation of all international agencies under the direct authority of the United Nations.
Principle#2 - Calls for the regulation by the U.N. of all transnational corporations and financial institutions, requiring an international code of conduct concerning evironmental and labour standards.
Principle#3 - Demands an independent source of revenue for the U.N. such as the "Tobin Tax" or taxes on aircraft/ shipping fuels, and licensing the use of the global commons, defined as, "outerspace, the atmosphere, non-territorial seas, and the related environment that supports human life."
Principle#4 - Eliminates the veto power and permanent member status of the security council.
Principle#5 - Authorizes a U.N. standing army.
Principle#6 - Requires U.N. registration of all arms and the reduction of all national armies as part of a multilateral global security system under the authority of the U.N.
Principle#7 - Requires individual and national compliance with all U.N. human rights treaties and declarations.
Yours in Truth,
The Sharpened Pen
P.S. Believe me, I wish it weren't true myself, but it most surely is. To that I would add that the surest way to stop it, is to wake up to it before you wake up in it.

No one can say for sure just how much propaganda is being used to manage the news and suppress dissent. We already have one world government under the UN. New York city is listed in the regulations of the United Nations. Rudolph Gulliani stated on C-span that "New York City was the capital of the world", he was correct! The UN is a one world super government right now. Pay attention to how the puppets gather at different global this or global that meetings behind closed doors and an ever growing security net at different agreed upon locations around the world. Have you ever noticed that there is an enemy threatening peace out there? You need an enemy to maintain the illusion of government in place. Our government (so called) is guilty of collusion for acting in concert with the UN. Did you know that according to GATT all citizens must have a social insurance (social security number in the U.S.) number. A country code can be added to this to catalogue or peg every person in a computer file. Look at your property deed, why does it say tenant? In the U.S. the IRS is not even a U.S. government agency but rather an agency of the IMF which is a UN agency. The U.S. cannot leave the united nations because it has been assimilated by the UN just as the other member states have been. Notice how the UN calls them "member states" and never refers to countries as nations. One world government kicked in a long time ago while y'all were sleeping, it is in recent years stepping up activity to solidify absolute contol. Watch out slaves. | |
