Hi, Wife and I are going on the Great American Adventure . . .well - 2 weeks in a car LOL.

Driving from Madison WI to Las Vegas for our 10 year Anniversary, Then ORIGIONALLY we were going to Spend a few days at The Grand Canyon, but NOW we think we will go to Sedona for a couple days, THEN to the Grand Canyon and then a few thousand miles home.

The QUESTION is. Are there some things in the area we should NOT miss??? Any hints??

Maybe you can stop in Durango,CO and ride the Durango-Silverton narrow guage train into the San Juan Mts. It doesn't travel all the way to Silverton during winter, but the scenery is still superb.
