Yes I like it so far. Actually am finishing the training up next week. Will be taking live calls starting tomorrow. It is just like what I was doing with CCL...except the customers can trade their RCI timeshare week in for a cruise . right now Royal Caribbean is offering the best exchange rates for this summer sailings...saw one today where they were going to save over $1800.
