you know what, I took the Shaw Butte hike this am. It kicked my you know what. But I feel so much better and with the weather we will have for the next 8 months, it is time to get out!

Here is a less than appealing view south ... you could hardly see the downtown skyline ....

Looks like a fun filled hike. How long was it?

Life doesn't begin until it's over 105 degrees.

Too bad the wind doesn't blow there. IT does look like a fun hike though. Early morning hike was it?

I had a discusion with my dad, about that particular mountain. I thought it was North Mtn, but dad was right!

DaveO -- You all may have been looking at North Mt. From I-17 looking east, North Mt. would be the one on the right, Shaw Butte on next to it on the left....one with more towers on the top of it. The pic I have above is looking west so North Mt is left of it. ((out of picture))
