Last year I planned a bike trip that would go straight down New Mexico from north to south (border to border). I started at San Luis, Colorado and in two days I reached Santa Fe and stayed at the hostel. Sadly, I didn't continue my trip. Mentally, I just wasn't in the best mindset for the long ride.
