I saw a post where you were looking for Pork Green Chili. This recipe from the El Pinto Restaurant may help if you convert the chicken to pork.

Roger, where in New Mexico do you live? You're in Albuquerque, right?

Love, Steve

Roger, I was in Albuquerque last April (2004) attending a conference of regional rescue missions at the Albuquerque Rescue Mission. We stayed at a hotel on the south part of town near the Airport.

    I trust you've seen this pictorial: http://www.stevegarufi.com/newmexico.htm

So when was the last time YOU were in Colorado?

    -Steve

    Hey Steve...

    June 7 2005, 10:49 AM

I was in Colorado Springs about 3 years ago for a wedding. I'll tell ya I wasn't prepared for the temp change!! The wedding was in July so I guess I assumed that leaving NM in the high 90's. I would at least see 70's or 80's when I got there....WRONG!!! It was rainy and cool/damp It felt like I was in rainy Scottland or something. It must have only been in the low 50's the whole time. Trying to run around a city that you don't know trying to find a store with a coat to buy(in July) so I wouldn't freeze...Well you get the idea.

Anyway I finally found a Burlinton coat factory and bought a jacket...about an hour before the wedding.

Long story short, I survived and my friends are still married with a cute little boy.

The reception was held at this "castle" just outside Colorado Springs..."Garden of the Gods" VERY NICE!!!! Would love to go there again and stay for a little while.

    Roger...

Well Roger, you'll have to visit again.

In a worst case scenario, I have plenty of sweatshirts, including that old Rutgers one: http://www.stevegarufi.com/storyvomitstain.htm
