I saw a post where you were looking for Pork Green Chili. This recipe from the El Pinto Restaurant may help if you convert the chicken to pork. http://www.elpinto.com/recipe.html

I've made the Green chile stew before and WOWWWWW! Nothing better than a steaming bowl of Green Chile Stew on a cold winter evening....I can't wait till December!!! I'm making some right NOW!!
Roger, I was in Albuquerque last April (2004) attending a conference of regional rescue missions at the Albuquerque Rescue Mission. We stayed at a hotel on the south part of town near the Airport.

Hey Steve...
June 7 2005, 10:49 AM
I was in Colorado Springs about 3 years ago for a wedding. I'll tell ya I wasn't prepared for the temp change!! The wedding was in July so I guess I assumed that leaving NM in the high 90's. I would at least see 70's or 80's when I got there....WRONG!!! It was rainy and cool/damp It felt like I was in rainy Scottland or something. It must have only been in the low 50's the whole time. Trying to run around a city that you don't know trying to find a store with a coat to buy(in July) so I wouldn't freeze...Well you get the idea.
Anyway I finally found a Burlinton coat factory and bought a jacket...about an hour before the wedding.
Long story short, I survived and my friends are still married with a cute little boy.
The reception was held at this "castle" just outside Colorado Springs..."Garden of the Gods" VERY NICE!!!! Would love to go there again and stay for a little while.
I made it this weekend for me and my husband. I have to say that it was a hit! He loved it and I wish I had made a double batch. Thank you for posting this recipe!
