I have history question about New Mexico.

I am reading "A Candid Biography of Robert F. Kennedy" by C. David
Heymann. A line from the book says "During a three hour layover in
Snowball, New Mexico, she [Ethel, RFK's wife] made six runs of the local
ski slopes..."

Snowball, NM does not exist anymore.
What is it called now? Angel Fire?
