saw dietician on the 19th... went shopping...
I only need to check with my meter 1x per week before I even have coffee!!
Read it this morning ... it was 102 ... (was 280/250 from original fasting test, 7/16)
I do have to admit I am having trouble with the diet that she gave me only in that I don't do proper measuring, and I don't have a scale. But it seems what I am doing is good, and I can only improve.
The good news from the dietician ... I don't really need to deny myself - just try and get the correct balance of carbs / fats / etc. etc. and of course, portion control.
I still have to initiate an exercise routine
DVD should arrive any day now, lol
