There will be a few Mira Mesa and Scripps Ranch runners there. There is always a nice field up front if you are looking to for help to a PR.

Good luck and Happy Independence Day (just as I say "if you are looking for help to a PR", I wish you a Happy Independence day, how weird.)

Anyway, hopefully see some local HS runners at the Lake.
